Staff continue to provide care to clients depending on their individual needs. This often requires creative thinking and most of all patience. We have to be constantly reminded that we are here to provide the services they need, not have them conform to our job expectations. It should be our clients that determine what our “tasks” will be that day. By listening or observing what a client needs or wants will often make our day much more profitable.
